Dear Deborah, I have a problem with the one-week lending period. I think its more logical problem (than intended) of library lending a week (lets say for feature DVDs). If I have habbit of visiting Sunnyvale library every saturday then when I return my DVDs which I borrowed last Saturday, I will be fined because the due is in 7 days. Logically if I borrowed a DVD on Saturday 4PM and if I return it by next Saturday 3:59PM then I logically return the DVD in one week but your computers fine me just because I borrowed it on Saturday, so I should return by friday which is causing a lot of problem because I have to visit the library twice every week by which I am not only wasting my time and energy but also polluting the sunnyvale. Can you look into this and make it 8 day lending period instead of 7 days or correct that problem in your computer systems. The better way is to make the lending period for 8 days. Thank you.
